Who we are
Founded in 1998 by David Gracey, Network 1 Consulting is a locally owned and operated I.T. consulting company serving the I.T. needs of small and mid sized businesses in metro Atlanta.

Founder
David Gracey is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering in 1989. With over ten years of experience in installing and administering computer networks and related services he is committed to providing clients with premium consulting services and innovative technical solutions.

Your I.T. Team
Each of Network 1 Consulting’s clients is assigned to a team of two consultants: a primary consultant and a secondary consultant. This team meets regularly to discuss any upgrades or changes to your network to ensure at least two consultants are familiar with the network. This allows Network 1 to become an integral part of your company without the need of an in-house I.T. staff to keep the network and computers running smoothly. Network 1 prides itself on hiring college educated candidates that have either attained their Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) status or are working towards becoming an MCSE.

How we do it
Through a combination of remote monitoring, managed services and on-site support, Network 1 Consulting is able to achieve a superior level of service and support to our clients. Your primary consultant will develop a close relationship and deep understanding of your needs, which in turn, allows a level of trust which is required to provide effective ongoing I.T. support. Since computer downtime can be detrimental to a business, we have developed a proactive approach to maintaining computer networks. Using this practice, we can often fix problems before our clients are aware of them and before they cause downtime. Keeping the network running is what we are all about.

Using state of the art mobile technologies, prescheduled visits, and limiting onsite work weeks, our consultants are well equipped to promptly return your phone calls and quickly get on-site in the event of emergency situations.
